I really wanted to share this bit of Chinglish that I discovered while reading the instruction booklet that accompanied our new toaster oven.
Words just don’t do it justice, so I’ve added a photo. Some of you have told me you had problems seeing the photos, so underneath I have transcribed the funny part.

Lion (with bone) 1 lb On the bake pan Bake for 20 – 25 min.
Do you think they meant lamb? I don’t believe that lion is readily available in China, so I think they must have meant lamb. Because if they didn’t, well, gee, do you just pick up a lion, with bone, at the supermarket?
