I awoke this morning – late morning – to the sound of cats being tortured and killed. WTH?! As I adjusted to my surroundings I realized with relief that it was just a wedding and someone had come up with the great idea of allowing random people to sing at said wedding.
Weddings take place in the morning here, usually starting off with about 2 minutes of firecrackers, followed by eating, drinking & singing. Our hotel is popular for weddings. We will be attending the wedding of a coworker soon…should be a riot.
We’re off now to the Qingdao International Beer Festival.
