		<description>Thanks, Peter. The gua part is strange to me, too, because the sweet potatoes that we get are really normal sized, not large at all! They are delicious, though. The Di Gua man in our neighborhood knows that we like them VERY cooked, so that they are soft and squishy and caramelized. So good!</description>
