Excuse me for being frank, but I feel like shit today. This is NOT the way one is supposed to feel after a lazy weekend. Also please excuse me for being completely obsessed with the temperature. Along with the heating situation, it’s become a real preoccupation for me lately.
A cold front came through this weekend bringing with it clear skies and ridiculous temperatures. It’s -5 C right now. I think the change in temperature and pressure has done something to my head because I feel like I have a small creature inside there banging a drum. And I’m seeing floaters. And my toes are soooo cold because I am wearing inappropriate shoes.
Our office heater is working its little heart out yet it can’t seem to raise the temperature much above 19 C. Our building is not what you would call “Winter Ready.” It’s downright drafty.
I guess I should be glad that the skies are so clear since that means good flying opportunities. Honestly, I just want to be at home.
