A Long Ago Desert Storm

Iraqi trench in the Kuwaiti desert Nineteen years? Really? Every year on the anniversary of the liberation, I am astounded by the passage of time. Today is Kuwait’s Liberation Day. (Yesterday was Independence Day.) I can’t help but think of Kuwait this week!
