Wordless Wednesday #33 Where exactly is the center of the world? I enjoyed seeing this map hung on the wall at the Sanlitun Youth Hostel in Beijing because it is such a different perspective than the maps we usually see in North America. It’s all relative, isn’t it?

Still wondering where I am? Not sure where Linyi is? Note Lhasa down in the lower left corner, and Chengdu in the lower center. February 17th we will fly to Chengdu, and the 20th we will travel by train to Lhasa, via Lanzhou and across the Tibetan Plateau.
